As I understand it Management will not reverse split until they have significant increase in the current price. They plan a 1 to 8 or 1 to 10 reverse in the future ( if stockholders allow it - big if ). The company will continue as is, increase sales, have a great Christmas season, increase the current stock price - then do the reverse split - make the small cap and we all (longs) will benefit! (MHO)
