So CAIS is one of the many ISP's participating in BEL's trial...

I thought BEL said dsl was $70 per month- CAIS says BEL's only charging $30....

ALSO: Nikkei rebounds smartly from steep early losses (currently in positive territory.) Look for nice Dow rebound in the morning... (WSTL will follow.)

steve-

if they are working with BEL, they are working with WSTL.

as for the stuff with qwest, it looks like a backbone deal. it is related to us in that all the ADSL users will be able to really utilize their connections, but it doesnt directly affect WSTL.

good luck to all,
trey
