Marshall (and anyone out there)

Are there instances like this where there is some prior study which the FDA
was dissatisfied with, then a second study was started and BEFORE the 2nd
study completed, the product was approved (due to IDE reports etc) ?

It would be good to know what the chances of such a thing happening are,
as if it takes 2+years to complete then ATIS may need to get cash from
S&N or somewhere else to keep going.

Marshmellow, this is the time to tell us about the patents and heavy trading today. we need your input. the lawsuit is bullshit . now what about these patents?
