Stocks may rally in reaction to a Weaker bond now. A strong bond lately is bad for stocks, since the bond market smells the "R" word these days...bad for stocks. I think the bond market is also pulling money from the stock market lately, which you usually see with the bond near 8%. Only now, it's pulling not because the yield is high, but because the price is soaring. If the US economy stays healthy, then the historically low yields can only be a plus for stocks. The tide will turn then in favor of stocks. Trader X
