Jack, If they do not want to go to pink slip status they will have to start reporting very soon(these are the new rules). Also, if they want any "major" interest they have to let the investing public in on their game. Remember, they are a publicly traded company. I sure hope NYRR's value is more than .10. I am in much higher and so are my friends. I am new to this thread, though a long time lurker, and wish everyone the best of luck..... Bac
