Reggie, I don't think psft is interested in vntv. Though I read something in the last week or two where psft said they definitely have plans to enter the front office automation arena....both sfa and customer support....through either acquistions and partnerships. Interesting about this was that they mentioned a company (can't remember which) that they just entered into a partnership with though it was in a vertical. But no mention whatsoever of vntv which seems to confirm that the partnership w/vntv may have fizzled. If I remember correctly I think these were comments made at some Analysts Day. I may have posted this previously and if so, sorry for the duplication. Melissa
