You have no "right" to be anywhere on SI. It's up to SI to allow you to post on their medium. Owning shares doesn't give you a right to post nor does it not give you a right to post. What am I talking about? check out DGIV thread if you want to learn about some "RIGHTS" BTW I am long on LTGL. yes there are to many shares outstanding but given some time this stock will rise. getting better all the time. Once numbers come out I think Spencer will do a buyback program if he hasnt started one already. Yes some products may be illegal in some states. so what.

Tom, Come on! now - that dilution is water under the bridge - has gone to the middle of the atlantic by now. IMO there will also be selling into the next news - IMO there's still a lot left that is unhappy and uncertain after having bought less wise. They will sell into the news - No matter if the news are of a quality that secure a double or more in the following period. The good thing is that every time such crazy rallies happen - there will be yet another bunch of more wise investors - Buying on more substantial news. Bashing it will only lead to people accusing you for either being short or for trying to get it another 50% down in order to earn 100 when the reality comes forth. And when people end up thinking like that about you, some will, at the end of the day, end up being your enemy. I see in your quote here at SI - That you are aware that one can be ones own worst enemy. Kind regards Jens

Tom, I can see that you're very emotional about this stock, but I don't understand why. You say you have 50,000 shares of this stock and at it's current price that's a 2,500 dollar investment. Even if you bought it at it's highest point let's say .12 that means your only down 3,500 dollars at the most. Hardly a reason to get frantic when you are still within range of getting your money back quickly. And with all the things this company has on the table,aquisition, audited numbers, China, etc. I feel that ranting about this thread with uninformed posts make you lose your credibility. 2 Products Tom? come on. Any idiot can go to their web site and see they have much more than that. And as far as some products being legal in all states, I have a brother who is a police officer and he said that things like neon licence plates and neon light bars are at the bottom of the totem pole as far as infractions go. People are not usually stopped for that unless in a DMV check set up on the road or if they are suspected for doing something else. Now he didn't say he'd never issue a ticket for it, but just that it wasn't a top priority. But back to the real issue. Tom if you want to get your money back then try looking at the positive as well as the negative, and your incorrect posts about the company diluting into the last press release (I checked. You obviously didn't) and other matters should be kept to yourself unless you have facts to back them up. Ernie
