Tom: Thanks for the response. I hear more rumors than I care to. Its refreshing to hear directly form the source. I can understand why SI is not your preffered forum, but it would be so helpful for stockholders to be informed as to what has and is taking place in our company. Perhaps another venue of communication could be looked into. I know mass mailings are costly. I had stated earlier that I had never received anything from TMM, but I had forgot that on occassion Dave had e-mailed me a press release. Possibly, you could e-mail stockholders with information. I know Dave had some what of a mailing list started for the news releases. Larry Panic has enmassed a huge stockholder address file, that I'm sure he would share with you if asked. Without an annual report, shareholders meeting or SEC filings, its next to immpossible for shareholders to be informed. Hence, all the rumor and speculation. Please consider the e-mail idea or another form of keeping us updated as to what is happening in our company. Thanks, Sherry
