John, you asked:

"Can anyone tell me if they truly believe we will break the .15 mark anytime soon ?"

IMO, only if they report earnings per share and only if those earnings are good. I'm hoping that LTGL's sales are heading for $5M/year with 10% profits. If so, that gives them forward earnings of 1/2 cent/share. If numbers like these are reported, then we will see .15. BTW, the sales number I came up with is an extrapolation of their April sales news release. The 10% profit number I made up as a guess. I have no way of knowing if they are making money or not.

As for dilution, LTGL is so close to their 100M share mark that who cares if they are still diluting. Just as long as they stop when they hit the 100M mark. As far as the 300K block that traded, it could have belonged to anyone who had been accumulating and decided to bail.

As for PRWT, it is just one of a list of penny stocks which have had irrational runups over the last 5 months. Look at BAAT, and too many others to mention here, where shares were bought at prices far higher than they should have been.

Regards,
Chris

John... it's up to Spencer to make the valuation for investors to open their wallets. He is making progress closing accounts and increasing sales revenues - IMHO.

Spencer's word is creditable (he did not have to say he would stop dilution) and thus having no reason to contradict his formal statement released. A man is only good as his word - crafty, but not stupid.

Hang in there - and wait for the second and third quarter revenue and profit reports.

IMHO Spencer can not go past the 100M without our approval; and a RS will have to be provided under favorable conditions. We all can reason the effects if a RS is done without positive growth and very solid EPS.

Best wishes:)
