I agree that there is accumulation. I just wonder who it is. The latest insider trading reports show that the last reported insider transaction took was by David Stone on 17-Apr-97.

Miles - how do you know someone is accumulating. Where do you find the accumulation index? Appreciate any help.

I am sure there are people on the inside valuing this property as it has superb potential. Maybe the accumulators are the two major partners. I believe that the principles control 2/3 of the stock, maybe they are accumulating at such bargain basement prices.
