kurt,

I was starting to respond to each of your points when i realized it just doesn't matter.Just doesnt seem realistic to me. Anyway, if you guys want to keep arguing the ethics thing go ahead without me. I am convinced that the current mgmt team is 100% completely ethical and is doing everything in their power to make naxos a success. I will be looking forward to the results from all 40 holes of the drill program. I don't have the time or energy to debate problems that don't even exist.

Kurt,

Thank you for posting your eight points of ethics to consider. I find myself
in agreement with a significant fraction of them. :-)

What has been termed "new management" to me is only transitional management.
Is there any reason to believe that we can hire permanent executive officers
until we have a new board of directors? Whatever the current management
may be doing to accommodate various insider / large shareholder interests I
do not know. I do expect current management to make such adjustments that we
are able to attract one or two skilled hot-shot cowboy executive types some
here claim to want hired ASAP.

I sincerely hope that the issues that you raise receive a hearing at the AGM.
I doubt seriously though that our thread expressed opinions, charges, feelings
or judgements are given much weight in this closely held company. Mr. maghan,
in his recent posting provided the best advice to us all when he directed us
to vote our proxies.

Hi Kurt I loved your post on the new ethics of our new company. Do you intend to propose them to the shareholders at the AGM?
