Ralph, i fully agree with your sentiments, that MMs have interests in volatility of stocks only and do not care for developing a market for the shares they trade. To evaluate a good OTC BB or NASDAQ small cap stock further a company needs: 1. credibility from it's creditors 2. reliable financial data 3. excellent advertisement to institutional investors Point 1. is secured with Bristol Asset Mgnt. Point 2. is on the way by fully SEC filings Point 3. ??? should be focused now Manfred
