However, currently things are pretty bleak and I have not suggested buying or averaging down. I am waiting for some positive news that will get exploration work happening again at Black Rock.

It looks like the best avenue would be a JV where someone earns in by progressing the property or a merger with a company with cash. Somethng is posible here but I don't think there is anything iniment at this time
