I think you were saying essentially the same thing with those 2 statements (if not, please elaborate), but in any case I don't find that to be the case. Unless I explicitly point/change the path in setup, I cannot see data prior to 4/1/98 in, for example, !SPX as I mentioned previously. Believe me, I wouldn't have gone to the trouble if it weren't necessary. The size of the !.qlb file I show in /qp2buffer/stocks is 2,906,898. Would you mind checking yours to see if it is the same size.
