Steve, quick question. When a BB OTC stock qualifies and goes to the NASDAQ. Do market makers have to settle up all short positions at this time? If you could shed any light on how this process works I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Mark

Steve, how can one get a good execution when covering a short on a stock that has been delisted from Nasdaq's National Market?

I shorted PAMCE expecting that they would be delisted for being delinquent in filing their 10k, and sure enough, the NASD delisted them after trading closed last Friday.

The co.'s IR tells me the stock presently trades on 'Instanet', and he's working on getting a BB listing soon, and hopes to apply for a Nasdaq National Market listing again after he's up to date with his filings.

Is the Instanet something that an individual investor's trade can execute on, and is there any chance I would get a good execution that way, in covering the short?
