<< John has to get a few cleaned up on the DF-144 before John can bring it into a deal.>>

<<John has to get all of the questions answer the patents the rights everything before he comes back ... John told me he was hopefuly coming back in about a week. >>

<<We have lost nothing >>

My mind boggles at all the different ways this action can be perceived, but "losing nothing" is a stretch. At least now we know why the plant hasn't been built, there's been no 10Q done and no shareholders meeting scheduled. MIDL has no money, Arcon has no money, now MIDL has no deals in effect for DF144, and Spriggs is off clearing up questions re: patent rights and will "hopefully" be back. MIDL acquired nothing of tangible value in Arcon, having taken on the company without an audit and allowing Fisher to work without routine background checks. Now they're negotiating for 4 acquisitions to gain assets. Right now, today, "we have lost nothing" is true only because in spite of appearances Midland had really acquired nothing previously accept relationships that looked promising. Now, today, those relationships are non-existence except for negotiations and the possibility that said negotiations will lead to something useful. Speculation is absolutely all there is at this time, and that's an empty shell, and there's no tangible basis for any kind of forward looking statements.
