Tell me this, why sue someone or some body that has no $$$? what do you expect to achieve? See DF has an account in his name in the Bahamas .... Arcon has nothing and they are going after DF for all he took. Also I do not like the fact that suddenly there is no money to build the plant. Arcon has no money, Midland has no money. Geeze looks like DF cleaned out the check books which is why they are moving as fast as they can to get it back... DF-144 belongs to Arcon Energy! No it does not it belongs to John and the inventor in Kentucky. John is working the complications of that today. John is unemployed and asked for no omney in his resignation. Ge agredd to cancel his shares. This is a legal step that has to be done and John is negotiations with Midland on his own from what I understand. GB
