Bob,

I am not buying more yet, just waiting for the general market to settle down a bit (we may get a bull trap 2-3 day rally here or just up in morning, down in afternoon and continue the down trend for another week or so - just far too "iffy.") However if this gets back below 3-3/4 it will be too good to pass up, even with the market the way it is going. Just being cautious, that's all. Still firmly believe OE will do well in the long term, and stick to my mid-1999 target for the real action to begin. Hope it's sooner however for all our sakes.
