don't really know what to think of this secondary...

don't know how closely you follow orctf, but their new cfo, aviv boim was previously an investment banker at bt alex brown... so they should have had the expertise to weigh the pros and cons of proceeding at this time ...

am wondering if the 400,000 shares held back were from star? (as opposed to founders tamir and paneth)... would make sense a certain amount of sense ...

Dumb DDumb Dumb . These guys thinking they are going to do a secondary in this environment must be nuts. They must really be strapped for cash corporately and personally. They should put some real numbers up there and then go to market unless they are running out of $$$$.
