Bobby, Frank is one of a kind. Harvard philosophy major in the 60's. Spent much of his career as a consultant to the I.M.F. and World Bank and has advised many governments when they have had a financial crises. In the eighties he was know as "The Priest" by the Mexican Finance Minister. He has been a well known advisor to the government of Chile. Warned the U.A.E. of pending Kuwaiti stock market collapse ( it did ). Great speaker. Never looks at a note. My background is in the investment area. Played with the Patriots for a year after graduating from Cornell about a hundred years ago. Bill
