Company Strengthens Board of Directors

Global Games Corp. today announced that the Company's President, Gary L. Borglund, has been appointed to the position of CEO. Mr. Borglund replaces Mr. Garry Jamieson, who also has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors.Mr. Borglund will retain his position as President of Global Games Corp.
Global Games Corporation's management team is now comprised of the following officers and board members. Gary L. Borglund: President & CEO of Global Games

- Mr. Borglund was retained by Global Games in September 1997 to
coordinate the Company's business expansion program. Mr.Borglund is presently a Director of Red Oak Management Company, a management consulting organization specializing in management and financial analysis. Red Oak assists companies in refocusing priorities and in management efficiency. Mr. Borglund attended the University of Minnesota where he majored in Business.

Dennis McCarter: Executive Vice President and Secretary

- Mr. McCarter is the President of The Newport Group, a
California-based consulting firm in corporate finance. In this
capacity, his expertise has been a key factor in helping several
companies go public. Additionally, Mr. McCarter excels in helping
companies raise capital and forge strategic alliances. He has
been President and CEO of a commercial real estate syndication
company and has almost 20 years in management consulting, first
with Arthur Young & Company, and, subsequently, with his own
firm. He has consulted in the food and beverage, savings and
loan, bank, telecommunications and automotive industries and has
served on the Board of several companies, public and private. He
holds a B.A. degree from the University of Oregon, an M.B.A. from
the University of Washington and has done post-graduate work in
accounting and finance at Northwestern University.

Barry W. Phillips: Director; Executive Vice President of Finance

- Mr. Phillips has been the President and Owner of B.W. Phillips
and Associates, Inc. for the past 21 years. Mr. Phillips
specializes in corporate acquisitions, divestiture turnarounds
and management information services. His company also specializes
in assisting companies with strategic and corporate business
plans, and funding procurement from banks, term lenders and
venture capital sources. Mr. Phillips has over 21 years
experience with a major Canadian Bank (CIBC) and has spent over
10 years in the International Division with experience in
corporate lending, export financing and foreign exchange, and
money markets.

T.G.W. I am very capable of doing my own research and very comfortable with what DD I have done and found out about the company.

As for your statement "What could I have possibly found out that you do not already know?"

My point exactly, probably nothing. The reason, you obviously picked up the phone and made a call yourself. BUT I find it very ironic, that since your talk with Gary, you have not replied back and negated what others have found out about the company and posted on this thread.

I guess I just find that real odd.
