Aggie, glad to have your expertise and opinions back. In my searches so far I found a site:
leasemarketing.com

that is somewhat of a clearing house for mineral rights/leases/royalties but could not access anything tangible about the Eberle field or holdings about Brenham Oil & Gas.

I too would have thought that the Houston GS would have some information in their mists but could not find any their site can be accessed via: hgs.org

Since this is a designated field, there has to be some production history stats somewhere.

And thank you for supporting my contention that mineral rights do not always go hand in hand with property (surface land) ownership. I had several unpleasant PMs regarding this matter.

Oh and Aggie for you amusement, I was having the disagreement of mineral rights/ownerships with an opinionated real estate broker....got some swamp land around Kermit, Texas...anyone interested?

The original land that we have that is next to the oil find is ours for the surface rights, we do not have the mineral rights, but the land that we just bought, we know own the land and mineral rights.

as for the credit line, i was told by IR that they have the whole 18 million available to them.
