Amen. Gary, please be very very clear on this. I believe you have said repeatedly, many many times, the statement about the patents and a chain of ownership that made it appear that DF-144 was docked and not legally floating out there on the horizon. Responsibility for each of own DD notwithstanding, and our longstanding respect for you, what IS this?

Gary, you said that Midland(Arcon Energy) owned DF144 and filed for patents etc.. I posted the two patent numbers and those were supposed to be assigned to MIDL/Arcon and they had other modifications to apply for new patents. also that the XON testing agreements were between XON and MIDl. NOW, you are saying that Spriggs and some Kentucky inventor own DF144. Right that is what I am being informed. The orginal patent is in the Kentucky inventor and John has the rest. Patents are assigned to a company by the individuals on the patents. WHAT Kentucky inventor? What's his name? He is the priginal inventor .. I will have to go back through the [posts and find the patent numbers. Didn't Arcon acquire these rights? It is in their prospectus that they had And oh yeah, the Dallas office was closing wasn't it? It has and Houston was opened up and that is in the news release Can you tell me this not a HOAX!? Come on show me where it is. The product has been proven and I cannot nor do not see a hoax only a CEo that took us to the cleaners from the looks of it. What is left if we bought MIDL, w's. P. whatever and MIDL DOESN"T OWN DF144? I do not know except after John resigned yesterday we have a shell Look I am not the only one that did DD and posted the results. I am dumb idiot that took it upon myself to answer calls and so forth .. I am not privy inside information and I do not nor have been sitting in the office constantly listening to every word. Now until MIDL and John come together DF-144 is not in this stock .. They have to do the deal. Simple as that and the news release states it. GB
