Jens: I know this, and of course you're right, but when the Russian equivilent of the Federal reserve puts out such huge offerings Its hard to resist. And Tatneft is the third or fourth largest oil co in Russia;) Back to ARRET: Just got off the phone with a Barry Denslow. He's a calm soft spoken man. He could not tell me where or how the new financing is being accomplished stating only the Board was privy to that knowledge. Also he faxed me copies of the last 14 press releases starting from April 9. I'll go over all the posts and see if they all are accounted for. al
