abstain-to hold back voluntarily to do without - to the socialist that means no- to the" clintonites" that means not getting caught. and to the rest of us that means not in favor. NO, is just to final for some who don't understand it's meaning ....:-) and your right .... it's only the numbers that count ...not what's behind the details with the good old SFA ..... who cares... well watch out , history does repeat itself in different ways
