Teo will have no power on the board. they let him join so they can laugh at him to his face as well as behind the back. In fact, I hear that there are quite a few off-color Teo jokes making the rounds of Cirrus HQ. And why not? This guy bought a shitload of stock when the people who knew the most about the state of the company--execs and board--were refusing to buy even at bargain prices. Even the Hack refuses to sink any of his ill-gotten gold into more shares even though he founded the company and is most responsible for underperforming the S&P Semi index by a factor of 6 over the past 5 years. Having Teo around will provide much mirth and smirking around Crus, you can count on that.
