No, Jerrard, I did not accuse you of being a management cheer leader. I believe the word I used was claqueur. Those are people in operas and theaters whose job is to start clapping at the right time so that the crowd knows when to clap also. Some claqueurs get paid, others do it for a free night at the opera :-)
