Basically correct. Technical analysis sites like this one and the one that I mentioned earlier primarily reflect trading-oriented trends, ie the constant ebbing and flowing of supply and demand pressures. The only extent to which they reflect news-oriented factors ... such as the one(s) we are looking for in RNTK ... is a very short-term change as news of the "news" begins to leak out and generate buying or selling pressure. In such cases, it is valuable to remember that the TA indicators are reflecting the new buying and selling equation, rather than the news itself. Since I am not trading RNTK, to me this all is of passing interest only. For those who are attemptng to decide if now is the right time to add some more long-term holdungs, it does have some value -- although they risk holding off for 1/16's too long and missing the 2x or 3x pop when news does hit.
