From Briefing: 10:37 ET Stock To Watch: Shares of networking products concern MRV Communications (MRVC 22 3/8 +3) making an impressive move on strong volume of 486K shares vs avg daily volume of 462K. Unable to locate any news. This is the type of play that could be considered by both longs and shorts. If it turns out that there is no news behind the move and the market begins to sell-off, shorts would make money as stock gave in to profit-taking. However, for those who like to buy strong stocks, MRVC might be a play on an intraday pullback. Separately, AMZN trading 5 1/4 pts higher.. ATHM +2 7/8.
