1) Who is in charge of MIDL Mark Peirce is the President 2) Who is on the board of MIDL Mark Peirce and Wayne Duke 3) Where is MIDL corporate office Well with John resigning they sort do not have one which is why I offered my phone number for the IR. I assume that we own stock/warrants in MIDL which right now has no assets and no cash unless the warrants actually get exercised..so we are back to a "shell" and waiting...correct??? That is exactly correctly as of John Spriggs resignation yesterday. So it is a matter of waiting to see if John and mIDL come to terms and/or one of the stated acquistions .JV is closed on .. That is basically it in a nutshell. GB
