Just a lurker but known by BG: There is one piece of information that would solve the problem with the slow deterioration of share price and that is the 1st qtr. financials. The company has no doubt had these figures for some time in that they are required for the 10SB filing. Why not issue a PR and give us this information and restore some confidence in light of the recent selling. It seems like it only takes a little bit of fear for the MM to take the price down. I'm glad that JC has UBS in his corner, but what we need today is some evidence that DGIV is making money. I am long on DGIV and hopeful for the future but we need something of substance from the company now. Bill

I don't like comment publicly, but I spoke with Roger yesterday and can concur what the earlier poster said, even though I wish we would publicly not make it a habit of revealing so much. Not because YOU guys don't deserve it, but because we don't want other eyes to be able to do quick DD. So, since the "Cat is out of the bag"... RE: NASDAQ The point is we qualify for NASDAQ, right? Nobody can predict how fast or slow the SEC will be, so let's not get hung up on when. Maybe a merger candidate is close, maybe not. That would be a plus, but not a necessity for the long haul. Jimmy and Roger will handle it. Conjecturing is silly...just causes expectations....really no point in getting everyone worked up. RE: RECENT NEWS The Germany announcement was huge...and even though many of you were too tapped out to buy more, that piece of news get some people's attention Nuff said RE: Liberty Financial Do not trust anything they say, and spread the word. I will not say anything more, but know for a fact they are being watched for things other than just actions re: DGIV. Nothing I am directly involved in but got wind of it form a major reliable source outside the DGIV community. RE: FUNDAMENTALS Stronger than ever and have made suggestions to Roger on ways to re-inforce just how strong DGIV is as this point and how far we have come.
