Loren I apologize for my gut reaction comments. Mental illness is a hell not many people can understand, and its just as real as any other illness. When I say mental illness I am talking manic / bipolar depression / agoraphobia ocd/pts. etc., the real stuff. I to have had a family member who could not leave the house for 8 years, there is a lot of new information out about agoraphobia that has just come out. It turns out that many patients besides the know chemical imbalance have an auto immune disease which attacks the brain. Again I am very sorry about your Mother.
