The biggest lesson to me is the definition of speculation. This company had no revenue, no plant even being constructed, no sales contracts, completely unexplained changes in the stock structure that investors all too eagerly speculated suggested meant they had sufficient but yet unannounced funding, no uptodate 10Q, etc.
