too high priced for my blood, I have never been known to chase high flyers, as I had had terrible luck with them coming right down after I buy....I see support at 58 and would look to enter there.

Credence

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998--Credence Systems Corp.
(NASDAQ:CMOS - news), an
international leader in the manufacture of automatic test equipment (ATE) for the
semiconductor industry, today announced a
multiple system order for ValStar Series' VS 2000 test systems from Adaptec.

The systems will be installed in Adaptec's production facilities in the United States and
Singapore. Delivery is scheduled to
