Woody, I agree with your concern about dilution. Most small companies such as DGIV struggle to acquire capital in order to just survive much less consider expanding with acquisitions. The downfall of most companies this size is the inablilty to borrow money. Excessive dilution normally results. For DGIV to have a relationship with a world renowned bank such as this speaks volumes about the financial stability of DGIV and it's ability to continue as an "ongoing concern". The fact that they are able to get the partnering countries to finance these acquitions/joint ventures is amazing.

You better believe that this Swiss bank went over DGIV's financials before commiting to any size credit line. I would have thought that the recent news releases would have bumped up the stock more, but I'm sure the really big players will have to wait to see the 10-SB before jumping in. Once DGIV hits NASDAQ and the price gets into the teens the big money will view DGIV viable, safe growth investment.

The price slide is aggravating, but this banking relationship with a major international bank puts us on a new level. All IMHO. We should be thinking, "Hmmm... if it's good enough for Banc Swss it's good enough for me."
