I think Datx is a short-hand for Datek, as in www.datek.com. An excellent no-frills online broker, IMHO

H James - It's DATEK Securities , and they have a web page
= www.datek.com ; their cust service # is 1-888-463-2835
There is a very interesting article concerning the history of Datek in the Sunday May 10, 1998 edition of NY Times. Section 3- Money & Business - well worth reading for all, whether a Datek customer or not.
Good luck on your theory , but I get the feeling that some of the buying is speculative players going for the "Microsoft of the Internet" or some such nonsense....have a good day.

James, excellent broker IMO. Don't know why they always have AMZN to short, but they do. What else would you like to know? Try
