John, in the way I've heard it, it would be very unlikely that a debt offering would have been used for PR. It appeared to be such a rushed deal that I would have to assume it was being used either for an acquisition or for ramping up production. They certainly aren't stupid enough to do a placement without an explanation (while it may not be readable<g>) to shareholders. That's where the ability of a PR firm will help. They aren't going to sign a PR firm overnite, so hearing that they promised this 7 months ago is not exactly disappointing to me. I'm sure,along with institutional interests, there has been a thorough search and we'll be pleased with the outcome. It sure is nice, though, being able to buy amidst all of this pessimism. greg

signist, Thank you for this point, "All this is purely my speculation and by attending the shareholder's meeting and personally assured, to my face, that MRVC was well aware of the importance of improved MRVC visability and would work hard to improve this...seven months ago. Has anyone seen more visability?". Hell no!!! The leaders of mrvc are arrogant buffons and if they don't get their acts together they will have their butts kicked by the likes of the pinks. Ain't that a shame, unless of course they have some ulterior motive for their actions or lack thereof. Peace and good luck. peacelover
