When I see inside buying, I primarily look to see when the buying is done. It usually is an indicator as to something of significance. I guess that's why so many different opinions make up a thread.

I agree that the insider trading is irrelevant. All buys in the last 6 months were under $2.

It would be nice see some insider buying here especially since CEO thinks it is such a steal at these prices, but they cannot trade if they know material news is coming...

insidertrader.com lists most recent insider buys as the President's 10,000 shares @ 1.63 on 12/16/1997, and a director's 10,000 @ 1.97 on 11/13/1997. Nothing since then.
I'd be thrilled if insiders were buying again at these levels.

Glad to see the 3/4 support level predicted by Mr. Norris' TA holding so well so far. It looks like bulls and bears are, for the moment, in a staredown across 13/16. Nobody blink! <gg>
