*AV*--I got an interesting email today on an OTC:BB pennystock company (BNEZ). I do not normally or ordinarily get involved in pennystocks nor do I talk about them. Most of these emails I get on these stocks I read, do a few minutes of DD and then normally toss into the recycle bin of the PC since they are not worth my effort and time. I did this with BNEZ but was not convinced to toss it after the cursory DD. I have done nothing but look at some press releases and go to the SI thread and read its header. It is an interesting concept that is being outline there. Without spamming, hyping, scamming, or anything on the positive side, it is a curious company. With evey Tom, Dick and Harry eager to create a company and go public on a shoestring, these guys provide an honest service and some how to products. Well worth a second glance, which I intend to do. I will be looking at it a little closer and evaluating this company on its merits and on the products it supplies. If indeed they provide the "step-by-step" paperwork for various filings, I see it no different than the legal type of forms you pick up at the local Office Supply stores except that BNEZ's type forms are not duplicates of what already exists. Before going on for too long, I just want to re-iterate that, on the surface, this looks to be an interesting concept worth further investigation. The hard part is to determine if it is a vaible company, which is tough. OTC:BB and very little SEC data. This makes it tough to be real positive along with the fact it is a pennystock. Finally, this is not my area of expertise or competence. However, there are those that like to look at these types of stocks and occasionally so will I. The jury is out but for those interested, it might be worth 1-2 hours of research and then report back on whether it has merit. Andrew
