Dave, my thinking is that Spriggs was CEO when Midland rescinded Arcon
agreement. If he later benefits financially by assigning the DF-144 rights elsewhere, then we shareholders have a complaint. Midland
didn't have to rescind the merger; it was just more convenient
for actions which will be taken. Both Spriggs and the Midland board
would be lawsuit targets IMO if Midlands loses DF-144.

We're all hurting here and need to explore all alternatives. MIDL has no assets. All we have left is speculation.

Tom

Dave, if I understand correctly, one of the reasons MIDL rescinded the merger is to "clean the corporate shell". I would think that if Spriggs agreed to sell the patents to Arcon, and then Fisher agreed to sell Arcon,(with patents) to Midland, there could maybe be a case of Breach of Contract, not to mention material misrepresentation on the part of BOTH gentlemen, and any other individual at that company who in an official capacity represented that company to be something (or have something) that it wasn't.

Again, the damage has been done, and people can either buy, sell, or hold based on their own DD and decision. Sure, we can spend the next week or two making Dan Fisher voodoo dolls (Hmmm....maybe that would be a good company) or calling old Uncle Guido and his little friend Tiny to take care of things for us. But get real. What is constant here is that a lot of people were led to believe that this company had something (because they told us they did) that they didn't quite have yet. (Kind of like me inviting everyone to my new house..you know...I call it Graceland.)

You are exactly right...this is no time for speculation. Now is the time for people to evaluate the information at hand, and make a personal decision. My personal decision is to wait it out and see what develops. Now, I have Voodoo dolls to make. :-)

Just my opinion

:-)
