And, really, that makes sense. I mean, a nice, name brand 15" monitor is only around $250 these days. A monitor is certainly more important than a removable storage solution. So maybe people are thinking in those terms.

Another way to look at it is that at 9% of the price I paid for my computer (sans monitor), the ATAPI Zip is a minor add-on.

Oh, and, for the record, the Computer City in Deerfield, IL where I purchased the system had a full display of ATAPI Zips, as did the Best Buy in Vernon Hills.
