Just wanted to stimulate discussion.

1 - 50% Networking: ATM - OK, I was using someone else's earlier remark of 40%.

2 - Agreed, 70% market share across the board is a little high. IgT market share is unknown. But let's assume this as "best case" %. This has skewed my estimate upwards the most.

3 - Figured that Networking-Non-ATM would be better than flat, but I don't have the visibility into the puts-and-takes of those products. So, flat revenue was my "worst case" view.

4 - User Interface: $6M rev in 1Q98. If we straight line project, it's $24M. $20M was my sense from PMCS statements that UI rev would continue to decline over 98 (although hopefully not as bad). Good insights on new products. UI is where we've been taking a real beating over the last couple of years.

Good call ($40M, .29 EPS in 2Q98).

I don't foresee a mid year dip in ATM chip demand this year. This should keep the 3Q numbers growing solidly. Let's see.
