Ancil, you must be at recess. Listen , I spoke to your principal and your 8th grade teacher today. Good news and bad news. Good news is that you are doing well ,a "b" average. Bad news is that, apparently , they think you might be surfing the net too much ! They think,as they say, " you are trying to be an adult before your time ". They think that your preoccupation with the computer is distracting you and preventing you from gaining social skills. Good luck at graduation Friday and have fun at the elementry school dance.

Let's see, what bad facts could you have...

1. MDIN has a market cap of $18.13MM (51.8MM shares at $.35).
2. MDIN recently bought the Santiago and Andacollo properties for a total of $34MM of which they control 80% of both.
3. MDIN is in xxxxxxxxxx. ;-)
