Alien,

Since you sold out this morning why do you even care about Vivus anymore?

The AUA meeting is water under the bridge.

Excuse me for the conspiracy theory but I believe that the flawed study receiving all the attention was planned and promoted by one of Vivus's competitors. I'll give you 3 guesses who that might have been.

AT, <<Well VOL of 310k and around 6 1/2.. Before the AUA meeting this would have been worth a 2 point pop. Guess the last of bulls have left and VVUS has even less credibility now.>>

Yup, the old girl needs work, that's a given. I remember when the annct of a Vivus ad agency in a media trade mag popped for three points. The good old days. Not enough volume/price movement for the daytraders today, I figure most of us have put our money down and are simply waiting..some hedged, some short, some upside down, some in the money, some on drugs.

I liked the PR today, impotence is optional, only if Vivus fights back. Salvation will come externally, company credibility at issue as you have suggested. I can't say much for the credibility of PFE market research going into Brazil, but that's hindsight and another story. When deep pockets make a mistake, it's a learning experience don't you know. Hope little Vivus gets a clue from the big boy about Brazil.

There are dozens of questions we'd like to see answered like, "If you are making and selling 1.8M units a month, uh, where is the money?"

Time will tell, this can't be sorted out in a few weeks, there is no precedent for a monster ED market. Vivus is about organic ED, and because it is applied locally, it can be used safely by the organic ED population who may be on a variety of other drugs. Ain't too many thrill seekers packin Muse.

The good news is that Vivus seems to have the money to wait this out.
As long as that is the case, dis bull likes to watch.

PS- FDA approval by the end of the month is not optional.(g)
