>>>I don't think anyone's motives should be the point of any discussion...<<<

But Aleta, what if someone's motive is only to drive the price down? Sure you can answer that someone may well have a motive to drive the price up, but the likelihood of this is that the person owns the stock and therefore has a vested interest in seeing the stock price go up.

But what of one who does not own the stock and who only wants to see the price of the stock go down. Yes, then we should--and rightfully so--question an individual's motive. Don't you agree?

>>>The fact that ESVS is hiring a lot of quality people may have potential for ZULU, but at
this juncture that is all we have, potential and nothing more.<<<

Aleta, how can you so quickly and so easily forget about the Panasonic laptop computer deal? And we know that domain registrations for laptops now exist in the Zulu name (of course, prior to ESVS, Zulu had no relationship to laptops). Also, we know that James Green, formerly of Disney and Pixar (not exactly chump companies), has been hired specifically to integrate the two companies.

And how can you so quickly and so easily forget about the ESVS SEC filing that indicates that Zulu has, let's say just to give naysayers a little wiggle room, a near-in-the-bag shot at attaining a Nasdaq listing?

And although Zulu hasn't released its audit, it does have a hint of its '97 earnings noted in a press release, coupled with the known fact that its audit will in fact become a matter of public record when the ESVS shareholders vote on the merger. Knowing that the ESVS board is comprised mostly of Zulu members is pretty interesting as well. So I think we can bank on the fact that we're eventually going to see both the audit numbers and the merger come true.

And it's at least comforting--isn't it?--to know that Zulu is merging with a reporting Nasdaq company instead of an unreporting OTC company.

So, all in all, I think you're wrong. We know a lot more than what you said we know. Indeed, we do.

Actually im not disgusted, upset, sorry or mad about anything that i have done with Zulu or am about to do.....what infruiates me is that someone is bad mouthing a stock who holds nothing to gain or lose from that such action. Furthermore, I would hope at least such newcomers that check into ZULU dont adhere to the mumblings and spew that Tara is spouting.....In addition, im not taking any frustration out on Jon, im not mad at him or personally hold him responsible for ZULU, however, I do question why he feels the need to be so pessimistic about ZULU...if i need someone to hold my hand, Ill call my mommy.....
