Exactly, Frank! This is a legal formality. Spriggs' got a lot at stake here and he's working to clean house in a way that shows his dedication to what's been achieved heretofore. I'm not worried at all. OK, a little, but I was worried before. Bringing a patent to production that is worth hundreds of billions of dollars (as my father knows) is fraught with danger. JH
