See my replies #1230 and 1219. Keep in mind the claims are the issue. Where in the independent claims does it say to store the info at the point of sale prior to the transaction? It doesn't. Provide means provide, not provide and store.

I thought GIFT's reply brief (written & filed last year) was inadequate. Essentially the judge heard only one side of the story. Now the judge is hearing the other side.

I think most people on the thread weren't simply hyping. As for me, I believed the case was a long shot, but given the potential damages, worth about $1 to 3/4. Every time it went to 5/8 I bought, and when it ran up I sold.

I still believe the stock is worth something (just a longer shot), and I rebought recently. I'll sell when (if) it runs up again.
