I must agree with everything you said. It seems these two don't like each other, the conference preceding the lawsuit promisses to be hot, like the summer.

I did not notice the low end of the release but it seems indeed that they are trying to inspire more confidence, do they lack that?

Does anyone knows from whom Lexar is getting its flash component supply from? Toshiba just seems to be a partner.
