Re: The float issue. Here's my theory - the true float is 7.8M shares, but the effective float could be 800K. As an example, I'm in another company whose float is 1.7M but of that, there are about 800K in strong hands so the effective float is 900K.

Of course, situations arise when even "strong" hands might be forced to sell some shares. You know, things like oil going to $11.00, gold going back under $300. So, yes, the effective float will fluctuate a bit depending on market conditions and the price of the stock. If SGNC shot up to $5.00 tomorrow, there would be fewer "strong" hands and the effective float would change again.
