Dennis, my understanding is that this is a stock deal, not a cash deal. Northern Telecom will exchange 0.6 share for each Bay share. NT's share price matters of course, if we are selling BAY or plans to sell. Since I bought BAY at a higher price, I plan to hold until NT's price recovers somewhat.
